Our Standards

Gutter.Cleaning Members are vetted and checked by ourselves who have been in the gutter industry for over 30 years 

We ask that all vetted members have shown us


1.) A Valid, current Public Liability Insurance In place before working on any property.

2.)  Proof of address

3.)  Copy of Photo Id, ( driving licence etc) 

3.) Have given a minimum of 3 recent customers that we can contact to  check on the quality and standard of work provided

4.) Proof of any trade accreditation's they may or may not have 



We ask that our members follow these guidelines as a minimum 

  • Give fair quotes and be 100% honest from the start
  • Treat  all customers with the upmost respect
  • Always keep Customers in the loop with any issues that may arise prior to the work commencing
  • Try to arrive on time or in the window that has been agreed in the Booking process
  • Be truthful about when the Job can be booked in and confirm all bookings via email
  • Reply to your emails or calls promptly
  • Agree how work is to be paid prior to appointment 
  • Never Charge Call Out Fees
  • Any complaints are discussed and dealt with in a professional manner
